Kerrie is a ceramic artist located in Jindera, NSW. Her love of ceramics began over 30 years ago, and during her career she has continued to grow and refine her techniques to produce a wide repertoire of beautiful and functional tableware.
In 1989 Kerrie completed her Bachelor of Arts in Ceramic Design, at the Bendigo College of Advanced Education. She has been producing tableware, exhibition pieces and commissioned works since 1990 and established her own business in 1995.
Kerrie cites her main strength as wheel throwing, and she loves to create functional work with an emphasis on the line, lift and balance of the piece. Her work is stoneware fired with durable glazes which she has refined over the years.
The 100 year old shearing shed on Kerrie’s family farm has been the home of Kerrie’s business since 2003.
